Balbharti invites tenders

The tenderer can submit three separate tenders for each type of paper in two bid systems. The tender is open to paper mills having a minimum production capacity of 30,000 MT per annum. The mill bidder should be a manufacturer of paper from virgin pulp only and have a digital signature for the supply of the materials.

The last date for submitting the tender documents is 24 November, 2015 up to 5:00 pm, in electronic format and tenders, can be downloaded from the website. The submission for e-tender is from 26 September, 2015 to 24 November, 2015 up to 5:00 pm form-A for technical tender and form-B for commercial tender separately.
