Regal has a raft of five offset presses and the Bindwel has taken a significant load off the firm’s print production, with work going straight to perfect binder. This has allowed the firm to streamline its binding together and ensure it fulfills the demands of educational institutions and publishers.
"Its production speed and quality have been fantastic," Venkatesh M of Regal Print Services told PrintWeek.
“Beforehand, there was a bottleneck." This investment enhances Regal's operations, and now as the books are bound, and ready to dispatch.
Thanks to the Bindwel's speed and workload, the firm can now also offer quick delivery, and as Venkatesh M said, ensure "there are no service issues, no quality issues and no loss of production time."
The Bindwel has been a complete game-changer and the work that regal has produced has gone up a whole new level. For example, for the Jeevith Publications - Subash Agency project, Regal was able to produce 50,000 softcover books of each title for PUC text books. "The versatility of the Bindwel helped," said Venkatesh M. And so Regal did a turnaround of the project in a mere five days.
“The bindery has only just been installed but there are already signs that it will be a strong addition to our operations," said Venkatesh M. Also he alluded to Bindwel's technical support and mentioned the team's responsiveness, expertise, and problem resolution is "excellent."
