Best of the signage industry at Media Expo Delhi
Filled with upgraded products, new launches and live demonstrations from the domain of indoor and outdoor advertising, branding and signage, the Delhi edition of Media Expo brought together 150+ exhibitors with 25 new entrants to showcase advancements in the indoor and outdoor media industry from 14 to 16 September 2023.

With a legacy of 20 years, Media Expo presented an extensive showcase of advanced products, solutions and services in indoor and outdoor advertising and branding solutions. With innovations from brands like ColorJet, HP, Chanlong, Rextone, AT Inks, ITMS, Britomatics, Mimaki, Epson, Arrow Digital, Lisco Systems, Orafol and more, the trade fair offered the industry and associated professional updates on the new trends in the media, advertising, branding and signage.
The show was inaugurated by a panel of key dignitaries from the industry, including Pramod Bhandula, executive chairman, JCDecaux Advertising; Pawan Bansal, chairman, Indian Outdoor Advertising Association and COO, Jagran Prakashan; Prakash Dass, president, Delhi Printers’ Association; Vinod Kumar Gupta, managing director, Hannu Marketing; Siddharth Anand Jha, general manager, marcom, Havells India; Dr Jonas Kolsch, executive vice-president, Graphic Innovations, ORAFOL and Winston Pereira, general manager, Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs.
Bansal said, “This is my first visit to Media Expo and I thank Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India for inviting me to the show. I am amazed to see the kind of work which is happening in the printing industry. From the out-of-home (OOH) perspective, I think a lot of value can be added and we need to interact closely with this community. It is a huge platform for media owners and clients to come and actually see what kind of work is going on in the printing industry.”

The show engaged the visitors in exploring a vibrant display of the media products at the show, witnessing new launches from the exhibitors, experiencing live demonstrations and garnering insights on ‘Inking The Future’.
In terms of new product launches, Apsom Infotex, distributors for leading global brands in the large format digital inkjet print market, launched a new DGEXPRESS printer brand emphasising superior productivity at an economical price. The company launched two innovative models, Roland DG EXPRESS -642 and Roland True VIS AP 640, emphasising superior productivity at an economical price.
On day two, there was a panel discussion on sustainable advertising, exploring textile-based media in advertising to unravel the possibilities and potential of environmentally friendly textile-based solutions for brands.
The supporting associations for the show included All India Printable Fabric Manufacturer Association, Delhi Acrylic Plastics Dealers Association (DAPDA), Delhi Printers' Association, Lucknow Printers’ Association, Offset Printers’ Association (OPA), Jalandhar Printers Association (JPA) and The Rajasthan Offset Printers Association who are adding immense value to expand the business network.
