BMPA’s flagship knowledge seminar PS23 will be held on Thursday 16 February 2023 at the NCPA’s Tata Theatre, Nariman Point Mumbai. Registration will begin over Breakfast at 8.30am and the PS23 will start at 9.30am sharp.
Muruganantham is a household name in many villages across the country and now globally, and his name is now strongly associated with women empowerment. He is the inventor of the world’s first low-cost sanitary pad-making machine. Muruganantham was named Time Magazine's 100 Influential People of the world in 2014 and was awarded the Padmashri by the Government of India for his relentless work for society.
“In a country where menstruation is a taboo subject even among women, he came forward with an innovation that opened dialogues and conversations regarding the same,” said Faheem Agboatwala, chairman of PS23. “Muruganantham has a witty and humorous way of telling his story, and I am sure he will regale the delegates during his session.”
Print Summit 2023 (PS23) has lined up many speakers – Indraneel Chitale, Kedar Lele, and Dr Gnanvatsal Swami, among others.
Agboatwala added, “Nothing motivates more than witnessing success stories live,” recalling some of the previous PS edition’s speakers like Sonam Wangchuk, Ajay Piramal, Harsh Mariwala, Lt Gen Ata Hasnain and Sister Shivani.
