Bobst a big hit among Haridwar printers

Sandeep Singla, director, BK Print & Pack, Haridwar, was searching for a solution to fold and glue its long cartons for tube light packaging. Finally, Singla decided to opt for Bobst Visionfold folder-gluer.

Officially, Visionfold can fold and glue a carton of 800mm, but Singla’s requirement for the tube light cartons was more than 1300mm.

To solve the problem, Singla extended the feeder by adding slant equipment. Along with extended delivery and some adjustment, the Visionfold was ready to fold and glue tube light cartons. The best of all, the arrangements took just few minutes to be functional.

Omega Printopack, one of the fastest-growing packaging printing companies in the city, has Bobst Ambition folder-gluer. Now, the company has ordered a Bobst Novacut die-cutter, which will be installed in few months.

Sandeep Kumar Jain, director, Omega Printopack, said, “We are satisfied with the performance of the folder-gluer. The die-cutter will replace our manual set up of die-cutting and will make the process fast and precise.”

Besides this, Square Vision India, Penta Group, and Senior Box Factory Ramji Press have invested in Bobst post-press equipment.
