"The planned investment for the year will be directed towards capacity expansion across Bosch India like building of new facilities, augmentation of existing production lines and R&D," said Peter Tyroller, member of the board of management, Robert Bosch GmbH.

In 2012, Bosch inaugurated a new plant on its 33,000 sq/metres property in Goa. The plant represented a Rs 34-crore investment for the Swiss company. Bosch Packaging Technology India has initiated its operations in Verna from a leased location in 2007.
