Top brands launch products at IndiaCorr Part II

In the second part of a special IndiaCorr coverage, we look at some interesting launches that are expected to attract attention at the exhibition.

Valco Melton

Second-time IndiaCorr participants Valco Melton will be launching their 3NCR Non-Contact Glue Station for top-down and bottom-up applications and ClearVision camera inspection system at this year’s edition.

Established in 1952 and headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio Valco Melton is considered to be one of the leading names in supply of adhesive application and quality inspection system. They specialise in manufacturing, packaging and sealing of items such as corrugated boxes, cartons, books, bags, and pharmaceutical products and are present in 76 countries worldwide.

The patent-pending 3NCR Tri-Valve can be installed on one side of the machine, the operator can quickly set it to run for either inside or outside glued boxes with only the pull of a ring. The ClearVision camera inspection systems can help by taking a picture of each box that goes through your flexo-folder or specialty gluer and ensure zero defect boxes.

Mosca

Hilda, Germany-based Mosca will showcase its ROM Fusion automatic strapping machine and PP Straps virgin Grade this year at IndiaCorr.

The ROM Fusion is a thermostatically controlled heat-weld sealing system with wear-free DC drive, brushless motor technology, strap end detection with ejection of remaining strap, automatic strap loop ejection and electronics controls while the PP Straps accounts for approximately two-thirds of company’s production. The food-safe and pollution-free product is available from 5-15 millimetres in width and is suitable for strapping packages, cartons or other containers, as well as lighter pallets.

The 51 year-old company recently launched a Universal Corrugated Bundler (UCB) their first cross-strapping machine designed for the corrugated cardboard industry.

Senior Paper Packaging

Senior Paper Packaging Company will launch its Platen Die Cutter & Fingerless Corrugation Machine in their second trip to IndiaCorr this year.

The Amritsar-based company have been manufacturing and exporting corrugated board, box making machinery and other allied machinery for packaging industry since 1997 and have their sales/service office at Hyderabad.

The Fingerless Paper Corrugation Machine features one set of narrow flute rolls, with A/C Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) motor and blower system.

Ajit Industries

Delhi-based Ajit Industries (AIPL) will introduce their surface protection tapes at the exhibition.

Surface protection tapes are designed to prevent surface from scratches, marks during handling, transit, post installation etc., and are coated with non-transfer type special adhesive to withstand abrasions and scratches on smooth and sensitive surfaces. There is no marks/residue on the paint or finish once they are peeled off.

The 19 year-old company offers a wide range of user-friendly specialty tapes under its own brand-names ‘AIPL Sunsui’, ‘AIPL Super Gold’, ‘Ez Wonder’ and ‘Ez Pack’- out of which a significant portion of the specialty products are available with “UL” certification.

The surface protection tapes can be used on a variety of surfaces including glass, stainless steel, acrylic sheets, colour coated steel sheets etc.

Samadhan

1989-founded Samadhan will be demonstrating their Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP for the corrugation industry.

It includes detailed presales costing, roll handling, integrated purchase planning and optimization engine for production planning in line with all constraints, double stacker ready, palletizing and bundling operation covered and with full financial integration and availability on all mobile devices.
