Since its establishment in 1991, Capital Offset has been a dignified doyen of offset printing, engaging in high-quality printing and production of a variety of items and end-products. “We predominantly engage in works and projects for the government of Gujarat. Let’s say 80% of our works are for the state government’s different divisions and departments, and the rest are miscellaneous jobs for others,” Ramesh Patel, CEO of Capital Offset, said.

He added, “Over the years, we have been working for government of Gujarat’s Department of Science & Technologies; Sport, Youth & Cultural Activities Department; Industries & Mine Department; and Gujarat Tourism. We are assigned to print and produce all multicolour items, such as in-house publications including magazines, booklets, manuals, directories, marketing collaterals, etc.”

He continued, “In addition to the main government works, we also work for some private firms who are elated with the quality we provide them.” He further mentions that the overall vivacity behind all these competencies and proficiency at Capital Offset is primarily because of the machines they own and a dedicated team they nurture.”

According to Patel, a team of 60 experienced staff at Capital Offset works for its customers to the fullest satisfaction. “We are blessed to be with a capable team and machines like Komori Lithrone G37 and Lithrone G26 which are best-in-class in the industry,” he said. The first Komori press at Capital Offset, the Lithrone G26, had been the company’s turning point to achieve a pinnacle of quality in printing.

“With our years of trust on the brand Komori and its technology, we went for the second machine, Lithrone G37, which addresses the critical needs of short turnarounds, short and long-run printing and production of our diverse products, all at the speed of 15,000sph, compatibly on sheets of thicknesses ranging from 0.04mm to 0.45mm, either in single or double-sided printing,” Patel said.

In addition to the advancement and efficiency of Komori machines, which currently run productively at Capital Offset, Patel emphasised that it is happy to be partnered with the team Komori India who provide all-time amicable and unconditional after-sales support.
