Buying a printing press is one thing and ensuring its good health is another.
In order to address the issue of press maintenance and enable print operators avoid frequent press breakdowns, BMPA’s Seekho aur Samjho (SaS), on 5 June, will see experts from Heidelberg explain how to take good care of a printing machine.
The fifth in the series, the SaS session is organised at SIES Graduate School of Technology, Navi Mumbai, from 3 to 6 pm.
The three-hour session in Hindi for printing company staff will be conducted by experts from Heidelberg, who will speak on key maintenance activity on press and peripherals and tips for enhancing machine productivity.
The brainchild of BMPA president Faheem Agboatwala, the three-hour workshop will include two hours of training followed by Q&A.
The Bombay Master Printer’s Association along with PrintWeek India has announced Seekho aur Samjho technical workshop series for the benefit of print supervisors and operators. This initiative is co-supported by the Government Institute of Printing Technology, Mumbai and SIES Graduate School of Technology, Navi Mumbai.
