Chennai’s Fio Automations gets Xerox Versant 280
Chennai-based Fio Automations has recently invested in a Xerox Versant 280 to offer quality print services to its customers. “Print buyers are specific on quality printing which we get in only in Xerox V280,” Amirthakadesh and Vasudevan of Fio Automations said.

Fio Automations is a professionally managed, fast-growing company with an impressive track record for servicing a wide range of automation products. “We have experience in supplying and servicing automation products and satisfying customer needs. We are into sticker labels converting and printed labels sheets,” Amirthakadesh said.
Amirthakadesh handles the technical operations in the company while Vasudevan takes care of the marketing activities.
The company’s clients include SMEs, corporates, plain label users and digitally printed label users.
The average print run ranges from 100 to 1,000 prints, but sometimes it goes up to 4,000 prints.
The company’s 1,500-sqft shopfloor comprises of hi-speed label converting and slitting machines, the Xerox V280 with 1OHCF, Toyocut digital cutter, EPC cutting machine, laminator and others.
Amirthakadesh and Vasudevan said with the new investment, the company is expecting a 20 to 30% growth, and are planning to recover 70% of its capital investment in three years.
