Classic Stripes bags PrintWeek Award
Classic Stripes, who won the PrintWeek India Screen Printer of the Year 2012 Award visited PrintWeek India’s office to collect the Award.

Due to prior commitments, the representatives of the screen printing firm could not attend the Awards night which was hosted on 30 August 2012 at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai.
Santosh Sawant, general manager – operation and Rahul Mehta, deputy general manager – design Services at Classic Stripes collected the Award Prism from Suresh Ramakrishnan, the publisher of Haymarket Media which publishes PrintWeek India along with six other titles.
Santosh Sawant said, “We are happy to receive the award. The award winning job involved special features like special metallic colour which were used and has the capability to withstand five years of outdoor life.”
Classic Stripes created the decals which include 5,925 units of Land Cruiser Pickup Blaze and 1,250 units of Cerato Star for Saud Bahwan, 500 air exhaust 1255C and Score C 016 each for autographix. The company used automotive grade transparent PVC vinyl and printed on Atma flatbed semi-automatic machine.The finishing process included kiss-cut punching.
