The Vulcan is empowered with the V8 technology, a combination of print quality, smart memory utilisation, speedy communication with advance cabling system, and thermal design technology. It also offers benefits of multitasking and multithreading to speed up printing operations, thus, maximising productivity.
According to company sources, the inkjet printer is equipped with an advanced industrial head with great expanding capability that enormously enhance productivity and profitability. It can print at speeds of up to 120m/hr and is a complete solution, offering white printing, flexi layer technologies and a LED light box system.
Additionally, the Vulcan offers advanced motorised carriage height adjustment, automatic ink regulator, LED lamps, advance plasma anti-static device, high-tech vacuum system, pneumatic press rubber roller, reinforced beams, and carriage safety sensor features.
The printer is loaded with an eco-cooling system, in which the water cooling system is embedded and thereby maintaining printing temperature and removing media wrinkle to ensure high quality prints. At the same time, the dual-roll option enables customers to install two or more rolls one after another. This helps execute multiple jobs simultaneously and also enhances the efficiency of the printer on smaller media.
The inkjet printer operates with the latest Colorjet generation of white inks, which are opaque. This feature enables to obtain a qualitative white output with the use of low ink consumption for coloured or dark substrates as well as transparent materials like glass for backlit and front-lit applications. Most importantly, the white configuration technology can be used as a spot colour along with white ink circulation system.
Colorjet, the largest manufacturer of digital inkjet printers in India, markets its products in 14 countries worldwide. Founded in 2004, the company maintains its operations via two manufacturing facilities and sales offices spread across seven countries — India, China, Bangladesh, UAE and Sri Lanka. To date, Colorjet has installed and implemented over 4,000 of its printing solutions and products across 315 cities around the world.
