It is the result of this government-industry partnership that the NTTM, under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, has approved ColorJet Group, the country's foremost manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers. 

This partnership marks a significant step towards enhancing innovation and skill development within the industry. It aligns closely with the mission’s objective to position India as a global leader in technical textiles by providing internships to BE/B Tech students from the top 200 NIRF-ranked colleges.

Under the ambit of the technical textiles internship initiative, Grant for Internship Support in Technical Textile (GSIT) 2.0, ColorJet Group’s skilled R&D team will play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of engineers and professionals in technical textiles. This initiative, part of Phase II of the internship initiation programme, seeks to narrow the divide between academia and industry by offering practical experience and exposure to BTech. students from diverse specialisations.

MS Dadu, chairman of ColorJet Group, expressed his appreciation for being empanelled by the Government of India for this initiative, highlighting the company's commitment to fostering innovation and skill development.
