TeploR has been engineered to work as a printing layer allowing mono material structures in multi-layer laminates for various packaging applications in both food and non-food segments.
The film has excellent slip properties, good machinability and has a great performance on high-speed VFFS and HFFS machines. It has good thermal stability (no shrinkage) upto 185 degrees C; way more when compared to conventional BOPP films (145-155 degrees C).
TeploR will prove to be a good replacement in packaging machines where the sealing temperatures are higher.
Pankaj Poddar, CEO, Cosmo Films, said “The TeploR film has an excellent printable surface at high converting speeds, will not shrink or form wrinkles and can be recycled easily. We have also gone ahead and patented the product in the company’s name. ”
