Born and raised in Bareilly, Agarwal left his hometown to join his brother Praveen and childhood friend Rajeev Mathur to start Utility Forms Pvt in 1982. Started with modest operations in a small unit in Devli, New Delhi, today, the company has become a fully integrated print service provider with six locations pan-India.

Agarwal is survived by wife and two daughters, one of whom is a part of the management of Utility Forms. He had recently been blessed with a granddaughter whom he loved spending time with.

Agarwal spent the last 39 years of his life as a production maverick. He was known by all as a production stalwart and spent majority of his working life on the production floor continuously and tirelessly supporting and encouraging his team to produce quality products while keeping himself abreast with latest production knowhow.

“The Utility management is still recovering from this enormous personal loss. Team Utility hopes to keep his positive spirit alive and keep growing the company as envisioned by all the founding members,” Ashish Agarwal, director, Utility Forms, said.
