Creed Engineers is no longer an Indian representative for Rotatek
Vinsak, a $30 million company is a brand owned by Creed Engineers and has been in the industry for around 18years serving the customers globally with equipments and solutions.

As per Creed Engineers' global circular, Vinsak terminated their contract with Rotatek, a Spanish manufacturer of web offset and narrow web flexo presses, owing to the demise of Luis Rodrigruez, the managing director and founder of Rotatek leading to a fall in turnover from an average of 18 million euros per year to as low as six million euros last year and many legal obligations from their customers.
In the global circular, Ranesh Bajaj, director of Creed Engineers mentioned, “With the total liquidation of the manufacturing arm Teksa and the assembling unit Mechanizados and a majority of the key technical staff having left the company, their technical expertise stands severely eroded. This saw Rotatek’s delivery of 12-15 machines in six months come down to four machines in six months.”
Bajaj added, “The value of an equipment brand is not in the name, but in the technical expertise of the team behind the brand and how it delivers technically sound products. The long-term survival of any institution can only be based on sound principles”.
Bajaj concluded, “For web presses supplied by us in the past, we will continue to offer our technical services and spare parts made by the same European manufacturer who supplied these parts to the original manufacturer. In light of this issue, we look forward to provide end-to-end technical solutions that will offer the opportunity to produce print economically and with value add which will enhance your return of investment.”
