Neeraj Sharma, executive director, Vinsak, said, “The Vinsak LFD350 is an easy-to-handle die cutter which provides a wide range of applications, including die-cutting, creasing, perforating, kiss-cutting as well as hot foil stamping, combined embossing and hot foil, and hologram stamping. The die-cutter uses servo motors rather than traditional mechanisms to start and stop the feed allowing the platen mechanism to create high-quality cut-offs. The USP of this machine is the cost-effectiveness and the quality of a flatbed with great speed.”
The die-cutter is equipped with features such as electric control system in which the main control unit adopts electric components, which ensures accurate feeding and easy operation.
Two lateral registration sensors and one longitudinal registration sensor ensures high die-cutting accuracy.
The machine uses automatically cycling oil-supply system to ensure stable pressure and service life of the machine. The machine is equipped with photoelectric eyes which guide in die cutting and hot stamping process and has high precision, web path controlled by a servo motor.
The machine can perform film laminating, hot stamping, die cutting, punching, waste-off (or slitting) at one go. It is an auxiliary offline equipment for the flexo press, web screen press and intermittent rotary press.
It can also cut the labels from 350mm wide roll with a speed of 180 pieces per minute and the maximum die-cutting area is 340x340 mm. Speed can vary to media to media.
