Daya’s film laminator machines at Upkar, Shree Balaji and Swapna Printing Works

Agra-based Upkar Print House recently achieved a significant milestone with the installation of the Daya fully automatic film laminator model Jazz. This advanced technology showcases the commitment and excellence of both Sheth Printograph and Upkar Print House in delivering exceptional products. Upkar has already been using two thermal laminators for the past 15 years.

Bangalore-based Shree Balaji Printers invested in a Daya fully automatic film laminator machine model Jazz with sheet separator and stacker. 

“Thanks to the advanced features, the machine is capable of laminating BOPP/ metPET, plain PET, matt, glossy, structured, or special effects films to printed/ non-printed sheets with exceptional high bond and peel strength. With precise overlap controlled with servo ensures accurate positioning of each sheet thereby reducing wastages and saving huge costs in paper, film and adhesive. The machine is designed with unparalleled precision and efficiency for post-press operations with a speed of up to 50-mpm,” Sheth said.
