Delhi’s Aadriti Printers invests in Ricoh

Delhi-based Aadriti Printers recently invested in a brand-new Ricoh Pro C7500 11-colour digital printing press. The machine was supplied and installed by Monotech Systems.

Established by Kapil Kumar, who has more than two decades of experience of working in the industry, Aadriti Printers, with this investment, aims to underscore its commitment to printing and production of high-end graphics for labels and packaging products. 

“I have aspired to accentuate the label and packaging printing market offering a newer level of quality and innovation in graphic prints and textures, using the new Ricoh Pro C7500,” he said.

During his career, Kumar, a marketing and technical professional, has worked extensively at companies like Canon, Ricoh and Konica Minolta. “Knowing the industry inside and out, I was at the crossroads of choices to choose the right machine for my new start-up — Aadriti Printers. My choice was finally made at Monotech Systems where the Ricoh Pro C7500 impressed me right in the first place,” he said.

He added, “Compared to all other presses in its class by other brands, Ricoh Pro C7500 ticked all the boxes of our requirement for catering by high-quality commercial jobs, labels and short-run packaging printing. With its advanced and upgraded features, this digital press is capable and efficient at delivering outstanding graphic prints. There have been developments and challenges in the market where we can easily cope with the capable machines like Ricoh Pro C7500.”

He said as a new aspirant in the labels and packaging printing arena, he’s excited to offer some value and innovation. “This is where we are zeroing in on something beyond the ordinary with the Ricoh Pro C7500, which even boasts extra flexibility of colours with its additional fifth colour station,” he said.

Upgraded from its predecessor Ricoh Pro C7200x, the Ricoh Pro C7500 is an epitome of 11-colour printing encompassing the conventional CMYK and additional white toner, gold, silver, neon pink, neon yellow, clear, and invisible red through its fifth colour station toners. “Such added capacity and unique features of this digital press empower us to improvise graphics with extra effects and elements,” Kumar said.

The Ricoh Pro C7500 is capable of operating at the speed of 85-ppm, upgradable up to 95-ppm, delivering prints at the industry’s leading resolution of 2400×4800-dpi. It compatibly takes on varied media ranging from 40- to 470-gsm.
