Iqbal Bhagat, manager, sales, Diehard Dies, said, “We are running our dies manufacturing unit in full capacity and want to deliver dies faster to our customers. Same day dlivery is a target that we want to achieve.”

The first Indian flexible die manufacturer, Diehard supplies dies to multiple segments like commercial printers, duplex board manufacturers, corrugation box manufacturers and label printers.

Around 30% business comes from rotary dies, 40% from flatbed dies and rest 30% comes from corrugation dies.

This is the third time the company is at Labelexpo Europe and Bhagat said, compared to the earlier two editions, the visitors this year were more familiar with the company. “We have been busy since day one this time. We are getting a good response from the US and the Asian countries.”

Diehard started flexible dies production in 2012 and is now planning to triple its production in the coming months. Right now, the company manufacturers at least 50 dies per day.
