Dina Color Lab opens twelfth commercial print shop in Erode

Operating under the Dina Digital Prints banner, the company is steadily working towards establishing their targeted 20 commercial print location in Tamil Nadu. Currently, they have five locations in Chennai alone, two each in Madurai and Trichy, one shop at Pondicherry and Salem apart from the new location at Erode.

 

“We are enthused by the market response to our economically priced digital print shops and this has helped us to go forward with our plans to add more locations and more shops,” said M Dinakaran, managing director of Dina group of companies.

 

The newly opened location has the company’s third AccurioPress C6085 from Konica Minolta and also houses Konica Minolta bizHub 1052 press.

“Our commercial printing division is essentially driven by Konica Minolta and exceeds over 20 presses from them including the 1085/6085, c71HC and a host of mono colour presses. This is a testament to our excellent long-standing relationship we share with Konica Minolta’s team in South and the consistent performance of the products,” added Dinakaran.

 

The AccurioPress C6085 is said to have 400 gsm printing capability, 47-inch banners, and automated closed-loop colour and image quality controls, with the new IQ-501 ‘Intelligent Quality Optimizer’ and can print at a speed of 85 ppm.

 

“We are currently scouting or finalising five more shops and should soon be open for business at these locations in the coming months,” concluded Dinakaran.
