Talwar presented the statement of annual accounts for 2021-2022. The annual accounts were approved when Mahender Budhiraja proposed them and Gulshan Marwah seconded them.
The returning officer Mukesh Kaushik stated that the due procedure of calling nominations from intending candidates for the posts of office bearers and executive committee members for DPA's election for 2023-2024 was duly followed.
