Drupa 2024: Replika expands with its 26th Zhongke machine

Replika Packaging has acquired Zhongke’s latest double-head machine, capable of producing top and bottom-style boxes in the same cycle. This state-of-the-art machine boasts a compact, harmonious design and intelligent functions, achieving a production speed of 25 sets per minute, making it the fastest machine for high-quality rigid box production to date.

The fully servo-driven machine efficiently handles the production of top and bottom boxes, as well as drawer-type boxes. With the addition of this 26th rigid box machine, Replika has further solidified its position as a leader in the packaging industry.
