The FP790 utilises water-based primers and inkjet technologies that comply with regulatory standards for flexible packaging printing. Notably, it eliminates the need for additional capital investments in processes like laminating, slitting, and bag-making. Boasting a maximum substrate width of 31-inch (790-mm) and an impressive printing line speed of 164-f/min (50-m), the FP790 caters to short, medium, and strategic print runs. Its swift changeover between printing jobs and design adjustments significantly enhances overall production efficiency. Leveraging 1,200x1,200-dpi resolutions with CMYK inks, the FP790 achieves over 90% of the Pantone colour gamut.
