First edition of Labelexpo Southeast Asia begins
The first edition of Labelexpo Southeast Asia 2018 was inaugurated at BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand on 10 May 2018. The exhibition dedicated to all things label and spread across 3,500 sq/mts of floor space, is on until 12 May 2018.

According to Lisa Milburn, managing director, Labelexpo Global Series, the first edition of the exhibition attracted 200 exhibitors showing their products and services. The organisers are expecting trade visitors from 55 countries, mainly from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and Philippines.
“Thailand is in the heart of Asia, so is the exhibition. With this, we are reaching out to label printers and professionals throughout Asia,” Milburn said, adding, “I am delighted to share that we also have multiple learning and development opportunities, with a two-day conference programme and a shrink sleeve masterclass produced in association with the Label Academy. We are also hopeful for the largest gathering for label professionals in Southeast Asia.”
Indian exhibitors at the show include Monotech Systems, Mona Equipments, NBG Printographic Machinery, Vinsak, Stic on Papers, and SG Edge, among others.
