Entries invited for Ficci-LBF Rights Catalogue
The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Ficci), in London Book Fair 2020, has invited entries for next edition of ‘Rights Catalogue on Indian Writings’ from publishers to explore trading opportunities with international publishers/ distributors at The London Book Fair, scheduled from 10-12 March 2020.

The London Book Fair is the global marketplace for rights negotiation and the sale and distribution of content across print, audio, TV, film and digital channels.
According to Aastha Gupta, assistant director – publishing, Ficci, it’s a golden opportunity to present the work of Indian authors through the exclusive “Ficci-LBF Rights Catalogue” to over 25,000 publishing professionals from across the world.
Globally, India is ranked second in English language publishing. Successive generations/ contemporary Indian writers have registered their presence on global canvas. Many from the literature world have travelled to India in search of good content. It’s time the Indian content reached the global markets.
Towards this endeavour to find global markets for Indian Publishers and authors, FICCI and The London Book Fair have come together to publish a Rights Catalogue of select writings from India to be presented to the participants of London Book fair.
Registration fee per title is Rs 1,500 + GST. A publisher can send multiple entries.
The last date of submission is 15 February 2020.
