Epson showcases SureColor P20070 and L805 InkTank

The P20070 offers five types of new black inks which are 1.5 times denser and offering the colour gamut. The P20070 printer combines three key technologies that is Precisioncore micro TFP printhead, the Epson Ultrachrome pro ink, and new media feeding system. The L805 is an A4 six-colour photo printer with integrated ink tank, delivering low-cost photos with wireless connectivity.

 

The P20070 offers optical density and improved resistance with a level of detail and delivers colour accuracy.  The printer is ideal for professional proofing and the SureColor P20070 is suited for backlit display, indoor poster, indoor sign and indoor graphics segment that require high print quality job runs and print requirement.  The P20070 can print up to 18,000 pages by eight pass printing and can be used for at least five years.

 

The L805 with an ink tank utilising 70 ml ink bottles is being able to print up to 1,800 quality of 10x15cm photos. Its capacity ink tank is fully integrated with the printer, so that one can enjoy a reliable colour printing without many problems. The technology fast Ink top-up (FIT) is specially designed with airtight lids and it ensures minimal leakage.

 

The L805 is suited for photo labs, advertising agencies and educational organisations. The L805 prints a speed of up to 12 seconds per 4R photo with the highest quality in photo printing with a resolution of 5760 dpi and an expanded colour gamut by using the six colour inks. The Epson L805 allows one to print directly onto the printable surface of CD’s, DVD’s, removing the need for additional adhesive labels, thereby being cost effective. One can expect quick-drying, smudge-free and consistent quality results from Epson's Micro Piezo technology and Epson genuine ink, which deliver prints with durability, quality and reliability.

 

Epson has sold 1 million of L series InkTank printers in India since its inception in India about four years ago.
