Active in the market for the last 14 years, 6th Wall executes turnkey projects revolving around décor designs and graphics of expo stalls and event stages for corporate biggies.
“We provide a complete solution, right from designing, printing, fabrication up to the final implementation of fascia and overall graphics of a stall or a stage of a company in an expo or any event,” Sudhir Rawat, director, 6th Wall Production, said.
Rawat added, “Earlier, printing was quite a challenging task for us as we often failed to meet print volume and deadlines. So, in addition to a ColorJet printer in our facility, we decided to expand our machine portfolio, which has now included a Pixeljet Torpedo eco-solvent printer from Monotech Systems. Today, with this versatile 10-ft machine, we manage speedy production of quality graphics quite satisfactorily at ease.”
The Pixeljet Torpedo is an ideal machine for high-speed production of premium quality graphics in 1440-dpi resolution at 1291.67-sqft/hr. It features KM 1024i SHE industrial-grade printheads, ensuring sharp print outputs and higher productivity as compared to any other machine in its class.
Rawat said the printer also helps the company embrace green and sustainable printing.
“Our core task is to create concept and design of exhibition stalls and promotional event stages being wrapped or fabricated with stunning graphics to portray and promote the brands on display,” Rawat said, adding, “In addition to working for general trade expos and events, we also indulge in the execution of stalls and stages for special events like international congress, conference, annual meet, etc.”
6th Wall operates a vast network of branches based in major Indian cities, such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. “Every branch of 6th Wall has a well-trained production team. Recently, our Mumbai production team conceptualised and created the India Pavilion in the second United Nations World Geospatial Information Congress held at Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC),” Rawat said.
