Espera showcased the multi-roller printer ES 7801, which is capable of labelling five packages non-stop from five different printer cassettes and applied on each package. “This makes it possible to take out a cassette during the production and change the label roll,” said Marcus Semrau, manager at Espera.

The multi-roller can also be fitted with an integrated labeller ES 1101 PN, which can place labels at the same position each time.

Besides the multi-roller ES 7801, the company also showcased standard print and apply solutions like the ES 9300, which can be integrated in existing machines for top and bottom labelling or for wrap around labelling, both from the company’s own stable, ES 1220 and ES 1510.

There were manual weight price labelling machine, like the ES 3015 and ES 2060, which weighs a heavy package of up to 60kg. “For those who need a compact and good value weigh prince labelling, Espera’s product range contains the ES 5911, which labels the weighed packages from the top and the bottom,” said Semrau.

In the software segment, Espera showed the data and order management solution, ESPV Production View for the visualisation of productivity and the ESMS-CD with a label designer. “Software tools improve efficiency and performance. It also facilitates work through comfortable handling,” said Semrau. “We have added new features like detection of the label roll through a barcode reader as well as monitoring the Espera machine through tablet-PCs,” concluded Semrau.
