FCBMA 2022: ATS Techno to highlight its products

Manthan Jyotishi, executive, sales, ATS Techno, said the company will also use the platform to promote its product or service to a group of persons that may have little or no knowledge of our services. 

He said ATS has advanced equipment, such as Waldrich, Coburg, Germany for flute grinding, EMA, Germany for induction hardening, WMW, USA for cylindrical grinding, TAFA PRAXAIR, USA spraying system mounted on KUKA, Germany robot for coating purpose.

The company manufactures corrugated rolls from high quality steel forgings like 42CrMo4 /48CrMo4 with UV Profile. It also manufactures flute roll set, pressure roll, glue roll and doctor roll for corrugation industries. 

“You can also get your rolls regrinded to remove uneven flute worn out on the rolls for effective working of your single facer machine from us. We provide protective coating options such as tungsten carbide coating as well as hard chrome coating,” Jyotishi said.

He said that estimated to be around Rs 30,000-crore in India, the corrugated box industry is an integral part of the manufacturing sector which rely on corrugated packaging for finished goods transportation and handling. 

At the show, the company expects to convert leads of potential customers into existing customers.
