Two additional halls have already been added to the original floorplan with many exhibitors present at the 2010 Munich event increasing their footprint by up to 10%.

Taking place between 25-29 June 2013, confirmed exhibitors already include Océ, HP, Canon, Fujifilm, Agfa, Mimaki, EFI, Durst, Roland, and Sun Chemical.

By February of this year, Fespa 2013 had already outstripped its predecessors, with 108% of the space sold for Fespa 2012 already booked for the London show.

In addition to major manufacturers from the digital print sector, media companies including 3M, Hexis, Mactac and Orafol, will be present.

Elsewhere, textile businesses such as Kornit, Siser, AnaJet and MHM will be among those exhibiting at the organisation's partnering Fespa Fabric 2013 event.

Neil Felton, managing director of Fespa, said: "This immediate and resounding commitment to Fespa in London reflects the positive attendance at the Digital 2012 show, which demonstrated the Fespa team's ability to maximise a new host city to refresh our visitor audience.

"More people can reach London from more locations in less time than any other city in the world. With its matchless heritage in print, business, communication and design, it's the ideal destination for this show."

Earlier this year, Fespa easily surpassed its target of 10,000 unique visitors over the four days of the Barcelona wide-format event.

With strong attendance from Spain, UK, France and Italy, among others, the 21-24 February show had both a strong international flavour, but more importantly, a diverse showcase of technology with 80% of exhibitors making it their sole trade show for 2012.
