Fire at Siegwerk’s Bhiwadi plant; no injuries

According to Siegwerk, all the employees, visitors and contractors working in the plant were safe and there were no injuries. The fire was contained, thanks to the swift response and assistance from the government fire services and the adjoining industries.

Ashish Pradhan, president at Siegwerk Asia said, “Our dedicated emergency response teams were on-site, working diligently to address the situation and ensure the safety of all individuals involved.”

He added, “The safety and well-being of our employees and the surrounding communities are our utmost priority and as a precautionary measure, the plant has been evacuated. Every measure was deployed to swiftly contain and extinguish the fire. There are no casualties or injuries reported and all of our staff members are safe. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and investigations are underway.”
