“It was a great experience being at PrintPack 2015,” he added. “The exhibition was as per our expectations. There was good footfall on all five days. More than 1,500 (1,000 unique) visitors came to our stall.”
At the exhibition, Sona displayed some prestigious print samples done by well known brands such as BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, City Bank, HSBC, ICICI Securities, Vodafone, Airtel, HUL, Visa, Ten Sports, Samsung, NTPC and others. “These printed samples displayed great creativity and an excellent use of fine paper. Along with these samples, we displayed our paper catalogue to cater to various segments. This was mainly keeping printers and creative people from different fraternity in mind,” Suneja said.
He added that the company directly interacted with more than 100 new unique customers who showed great interest in the range of fine papers.
Suneja said an exhibition like PrintPack can reform printing industry. It helps exhibitors create positioning in customers’ mind. He added that greater automation and enhanced creativity by intelligent use of fine paper is the future trend of the printing industry.
He reiterated that PrintPack 2015 was a great event which helped understand the market trends. “It also helped us understand the future of fine paper market in India as well as in abroad. Such events should be held at regular intervals and the organisers should think of taking it to other cities as well,” he added.
