Gayathri Machineries introduces handheld inkjet printing device

Chennai-based Gayathri Machineries has announced that it has launched Reiner JetStamp Graphic 970, a mobile handheld inkjet printers. The device can print number, date, time and text, and also print graphics and barcodes.

Uday Grover, director of Gayathri Machineries claims that the printer marks documents and or products simply and quickly, and is suitable for automatic applications for example, installed in production lines. “The 970 is mobile, handy and easy to use and program. With a specific ink called MP ink, it is also possible to print on non-absorbent surfaces such as metal and plastic, and uneven surfaces.”

The device comes complete with its own software and weighs in at just over 1 pound.
