Glimpses from Day Two at Intelpack

It is the fifteenth edition of Intelpack along with co-located events of Foodtek, Pharmapack and Supply Chain Expo spread across 11,000 sq/metres. Over 200 companies have assured to showcase their products and services to the customers.

Intelpack focuses on the segments of packaging, processing and supply chain where trade visitors can see the technology, innovations and solutions.

Parle Global Technologies, Mespack India, Uflex Holography division, Wraptech Machines, SMC Pneumatics, Nichrome India, Manroland India, Hilda Automation, Franstek Belts, Ravon Engineering, Welbound Worldwide, etc. are some of the companies displaying their technology at Intelpack 2017.

Welbound is demonstrating its HC500 (a sealing machine) which has been developed with the support of Nordson and Henkel which deals in hot melt adhesives to close and seal shipper cartons. This leads to corrugation reduction, tamper evidence, and lower transit damage.

Manroland India brings its new ALS 272 high-speed labeller. It can dispense at the speed of 70m/min. It has its applications in pharma, consumer goods, personal care, logistics, food and beverage and consumer electronics.

Veripack Solutions India showcases the Rollstock Thermoforming machine and Tray Sealer. In Tray Sealer, the input is a rigid tray which can be de-nested, fills product and then goes for top lid film seal. It also provides MAP (modified atmosphere packaging) and vacuum packaging.
