Global5Tech sells 35 HP Latex machines

Global 5 Tech, the dealer for HP and Xerox for the Western India, has announced the sale of 35 third generation HP Latex machines in Maharashtra and Goa since August 2014.

The key customers are Pioneer Digital, Vedarya Enterprise, Synergy Industries, Sign Tech Systems, Signages and Graphics, MCC Digital, Image Creation, Liberty Graphics and Shah Digital among others.
 
Prashant Khomne, the director of Global5Tech has been instrumental in driving the sale of HP Latex machines.
 
Khomne said, “The customers are using Latex machines to create out of the box applications by printing on variety of media like PVC Free Vinyl, Canvas, Clear Vinyl, One-way Vision and various fabrics such as velvet, georgette, satin, crepe, cotton and lycra.”
 
Speaking to PrintWeek India, Khomne highlighted some interesting work produced by Mumbai-based Printology Concept, which he said, uses the Latex device to its maximum potential.
 
The print firm, Printology Concept was set up in 2010 by Moiz Kopti. He deployed a second generation Designjet Latex L26500 to print on vinyl, textiles, paper, film, and low-cost uncoated options.
 
Kopti stated, “Owing to the variety of substrates it can print on, we have been able to enter different business sectors. This includes, wrapping cars for a car rally, to ideating with bag manufacturers to try something new with printed composite leather to decorating houses and work spaces to becoming official printers for Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council, continuing our growth.”
 
With a monthly production of around 15,000 square feet, Printology's customers include Lodha Builders, Shreejee Innova and Jewellery Promotion Council among others.
