GSE to highlight lean, automated approach to ink logistics

GSE Dispensing will display how its automated ink logistics systems, flexo proofing systems and management software packages contribute to a waste-free, smoothly running ink workflow at stall F16 during Labelexpo India 2012 which is scheduled for 29 October to 1 November at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

GSE’s Colorsat modular gravimetric ink dispensing units eliminate waste and improve yields by up to 30%, dispensing the exact amount needed for each job for precise colour reproduction and calculate excess ‘press return’ inks into new recipes. It is suited for preparing colours for all flexo, gravure and screen label and packaging printing.

Besides, the company will also introduce its enhanced Colorsat Match dispenser, for flexo, gravure and screen label printing. The Colorsat Match will feature a new air bubble mixer included in the ink containers, which keeps consistent viscosity throughout the container and ensures a stable ink flow.
