Heidelberg tempts Pamex visitors with offer on inks

Heidelberg India has focussed its attention on two aspects of operations at Pamex 2013 – consumables production and Heidelberg Systemservice portfolio.

Heidelberg is offering Saphira HEI Pace P&C series inks at an exclusive rate for the entire year. “We are booking contracts for durations of three, six and twelve months,” said Robert Joseph, business head at Heidelberg India. Additionally, the contract, depending on the type, will also include a customer care programme worth Rs 20,000. “The benefit of the contract is that the customer will get price consistency and under the customer care programme, right technical advice on use of right consumables,” said Joseph. He added, “We believe that 80% of problems are caused because of input material. Our customer care programme will take care of these issues.”
 
With the Systemservice portfolio, Heidelberg India’s general manager for customer service Hari Babu, said, “We will support our clients production systems – from pre-press to press.” The services are offered in different modules, including reinstallation and relocation services; overhauling / refurbishing services, AMC, equipment fitness check, training, power audit and overall equipment efficiency programme.
 
Heidelberg also provides Systemservice support to pre-owned machinery of its make. The company so far has 200 such contracts in place for AMC while it supports 150 reinstallation and relocation service in a year. “We realise that profitability is important for business and with the service support, we are offering the benefit of our knowledge to our customers,” said Babu.
