Helios to demonstrate its soft proofing solution at Ifra in Berlin
Helios, the German company will showcase and demonstrate its flagship PrintPreview UB2 a content and colour proofing solution for newspaper publishers at Ifra Expo 2013 in Berlin.

PrintPreview UB2 is a Fogra certified softproof, hardproof and annotation workflow for documents and images that is easy to use within a web browser, throughout the design, review, and production process.
Jatin Vasandani, managing director at Secunderabad-based Zeta Marketing, the Indian representative for Helios, said, “This proofing solution confirms accurate proofs simulating the Fogra39 printing process on a proofing monitor. The certification of the entire solution includes monitor, software, measurement devices, ICC profiling and the viewing lightbox.”

Vasandani added, “It confirms excellent colour matching quality simulating the GraCoL printing process. Helios passed all 24 IPA RoundUP tests using a mainstream inkjet printer. Printing is supported from the web browser to local printer and does not require RIP.”
Vasandani said, “As a special promotion, every visitor receiving a demonstration of the Fogra certified remote softproof solution at the expo gets a free Helios PrintPreview UB2 product for their business which is non-transferable. The free PrintPreview UB2 software will be shipped via Helios partners.”
