Hi-Tech Systems notches milestone with 1000 installations
With the delivery of a Bacciottini DG Line Touch automatic creasing and perforation machine at Jasmine Art Printers in Navi Mumbai, Hi-Tech Systems has accomplished 1000 installations in India.

The DG Line Touch is an automatic perforating/creasing machine with a low pile feeder. The format is adapted to digital and also book covers (books on demand) with an extension (50x85), and without extension (standard 50x70). It is also possible on the DG Line to attach a standard perforating kit (optional extra) which can be programmed directly from the display.
Jasmine Art Printers had installed a Canon ImagePress C6000 digital colour press to cater to the variable data printing market. Besides the C6000, which was commissioned in January 2012, Jasmine Arts has also invested in Canon iPR 1110 and Xerox 4110 monochrome presses.
Pramod Parulkar, director, Jasmine Art Printers, said, “The investment in digital technology enables us to target the print-on-demand especially the book-on-demand clients. The market is maturing; and we need to focus on the digital segment.”
Headquartered in Mumbai, Hi-Tech has more than 400 customers on its roster. As Parag Shah, the head of Hi-Tech stated, "The 1000 installation is one more milestone thanks to our team. All this is due to our focus on customer satisfaction."
Shah stated, the firm has more than 70 letters from satisfied customers. Shah added, Hi-Tech has succeeded due to, "excellent after-sales service across India; and consistent improvement in our offerings to customers."
According to Shah, the one thing, Hi-Tech attempts to do, is "Improve our services to our customer, (and so) from time to time we invite senior technical personnel across the globe to train our engineers or depute our engineers to manufacturers factory. In fact, recently we had invited the senior technical person from James Burn International, France for training our engineers on the semi automatic
wiro binding machine installed at Navi Mumbai.
Hi-Tech has digital printers, photo album makers and offset printers as customers. The company has a stall at Printpack India at D11/05 Hall 07.
