With this investment, the company is now equipped to deliver unmatched quality and innovation in digital printing, further cementing its position as a premier print service provider in the region.

Higher Digital Media offers all-in-one print solution, specialising in offset plate-making and advanced printing services. With its Fujifilm flatbed printer, it can now print on various rigid substrates like ACP, acrylic, wood, soundboard, and foam board.

Backed by a team of over 60 skilled professionals, the company excels in delivering top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. Now, with the addition of the Fujifilm Revoria PC 1120, it is poised to elevate its services and expand its market presence even further.

The Fujifilm Revoria PC 1120 is renowned for its advanced six-colour print engine, unlocking new creative possibilities in digital printing. The machine offers impressive speeds of up to 120 pages per minute, even when using all six colours, making it a productivity powerhouse without compromising on print quality. With a 2,400x2,400-dpi resolution, it delivers vivid, high-definition prints that set a new standard for visual clarity.

The Fujifilm Revoria is a 10-colour, six-station press that enables the combination of two specialty colours in a single pass, incorporating both underlay and overlay techniques. This innovative feature gives businesses a distinct competitive edge. Additionally, the Super EA eco toner used in the Revoria is the smallest toner particle in the industry, delivering unmatched print quality.

In addition to speed and precision, the Revoria PC 1120 supports a wide range of paper stocks, from lightweight 52-gsm to heavyweight 400-gsm, and offers versatile print sizes up to 330x1,200-mm. Its seamless integration with advanced feeding and finishing options ensures a smooth, efficient workflow for Higher Digital Media, from printing through post-press processes.

Karan Patel, owner of Higher Digital Media, shared the challenges the company faced during this transformative time: “It was an incredibly challenging moment for us when our facility caught fire, just as we were preparing to install the Revoria PC 1120. However, thanks to the unwavering support from Fujifilm India and Insight Print Communications, we managed to navigate through the crisis. The teams stepped up immediately, holding the press and providing crucial assistance. The Insight team also ensured that our other presses, including the Kodak, were back up and running swiftly after the incident.”

Ajay Aggarwal, managing director and CEO of Insight Print Communications, highlighted the company’s broader success: “We are proud to have installed over multiple presses across India in a short span of time, establishing Fujifilm Revoria as a leading player in this segment. The response from our customers has been overwhelming, and now, with the introduction of this revolutionary technology to the Gujarat market, we are ready to take the region by storm. Our robust service network ensures the success of every installation, making this journey both exciting and rewarding for us and our clients.”

“We’ve seen a game-changing impact with the Revoria PC 1120,” said Patel. “One of the key features that set the Revoria PC 1120 apart is its ability to print with specialty colours. This empowers us to offer premium, eye-catching marketing materials that stand out in the competitive print landscape. By integrating this state-of-the-art press into our existing setup, we can now deliver customised, high-quality prints tailored to the evolving needs of our clients.”

The Revoria PC 1120 isn’t just about stunning visuals — it’s designed for seamless production efficiency. The machine’s air suction shuttle head picks up each sheet individually and securely, improving paper-feeding performance for low-quality, textured, or coated media. It also incorporates an inline static eliminator module, ensuring easy stacking and alignment of film and metallic media, which are prone to sticking due to static electricity during printing.

“Our customers are tapping into the potential of the Fujifilm Revoria press, using it for everything from photo printing and commercial printing to book printing, packaging and label printing. This remarkable machine truly excels in versatility. As our Revoria family expands with each new installation, we are dedicated to nurturing this growth. Like a thriving tree, we will ensure that every member of our Revoria family receives the support they need to flourish,” Priyatosh Kumar, head of the graphic arts division, Fujifilm India, said.
