The investment includes a 15x20-inch vertical lift screen printing press; Easiprint, an exposure unit; Autoexpose, and an automatic dryer; Fasdry.
For Roy, the investment means both; increased capacities and ease of process. "We have booked the machine during the Screen Print show. Once the machines are installed and in operation by November / December, we are looking at restructuring the operations. This also extends to adding manpower so as to cater to the increasie in capacity."
In a city, which is a hub of screen printing, according to Roy, automation is a key. "Every house in the city has a screen printing set up. With the current investment we will up our capacity from 1000 to 5000 prints each month."
