HP India has launched its latest innovation from the HP Latex Series, the Latex R530 large-format printer, marking its India debut at Media Expo Mumbai 2025. This 64-inch compact all-in-one printer, designed for both rigid and flexible applications, sets a new benchmark in print innovation.
Over the years, HP Latex has consistently revolutionised the printing industry with cutting-edge technology and environmentally conscious solutions, advancing print speeds and application capabilities. The launch of the HP Latex R530 marks the next step in this evolution as the only all-in-one compact HP Latex printing solution, allowing seamless adaptation between rigid and flexible applications.
Vitesh Sharma, country head - India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka for large-format printing business, HP, said, “The large-format printing industry in India is experiencing rapid growth, but small and medium print service providers often face significant challenges, including limited space, high investment costs, and complex workflows. These obstacles can make it difficult for them to scale and remain competitive. We are proud to introduce the HP Latex R530 to address these challenges. This all-in-one, compact printer is designed to simplify rigid and flexible printing, offering high-quality results without requiring substantial investments or complex setups. The HP Latex R530 enables PSPs to expand into new markets and grow sustainably. With this launch, we’re supporting businesses across India to stay ahead in a competitive market, and we look forward to showcasing it at the Media Expo to our customers.”
The HP Latex R530’s compact design allows for fast and easy switching between rigid and flexible applications, delivering consistent, high-quality output across a variety of media types. The HP High Control Belt System enables accurate and reliable direct printing on rigid materials, optimising print quality and efficiency.
For ease of use, the printer features an intuitive touchscreen interface that simplifies operation and streamlines workflow management, minimising the need for user intervention. Automatic printhead cleaning and recirculation features enhance uptime and reduce maintenance costs, while the single-phase power system allows for easy installation in spaces with limited electrical infrastructure.
Additionally, HP introduced the HP PrintOS Production Hub, an industry-leading, real-time platform that offers centralised order management and remote production control[ii]. This solution enables PSPs to streamline workflows, minimise errors, and improve overall operational efficiency.
