HP’s Skyline 2050 contest winners announced
HP India has announced the results of its Skyline 2050 design competition for practicing architects and structural engineers based in India.

Abhigyan Neogi of Chromed Design Studio won the first prize for his futuristic project named “Traveotel “. Second and third prizes were won by Yatin Patel from DSP Design Associates and Mohit Kansal from Studio Strato for their designs named “Biomimicry” and “Mixed Use Development project” respectively. The top three winners were felicitated at an awards ceremony with an architect’s office solution comprising of an HP large-format printer, HP workstation, and Autodesk AEC software bundle.
Speaking on the occasion, Neil Westhof, director and GM, large format design business, APJ said, “At HP, we continue to focus on innovation with an endeavour to reinvent our printing portfolio to meet the evolving needs of our customers. We are thrilled with the vision of future cities that have come to life, enabled by the capabilities of creative architects and the immense potential of our large format printers, synonymous with exceptional quality and versatility.”

The competition is said to have received the tremendous response and had an eminent panel of juries including Sanjay Puri, founder of Sanjay Puri Architects, Sunita Kohli, president, K2India Architects and Designers and Martand Khosla, partner, RKDS.
