HP said the session's content has been developed to “inspire the audience with the very latest trends in decor” and will include pre-recorded interviews with industry experts, interior designers and HP customers.
Terry Raghunath, business development manager for HP’s Graphics Solutions Business, will be hosting the event from 2.30pm to 4pm IST.
The event will also feature presentations from designers, media specialists, printing professionals and influencers, and will conclude with live demonstrations from HP’s demo centre in Barcelona and a Q&A session hosted by Raghunath.
HP offers a range of printers suitable for the printed interior decor market, running a wide gamut of eco-friendly water-based inks that “achieve stunning output on a variety of substrates, quickly and cost-effectively”. The event will focus on what can be achieved with HP's Latex portfolio and its Stitch series of dye-sub printers.
Simon Nuvoletta, HP’s UK&I marketing manager for Large Format Printing, told PrintWeek: "While demand has dropped significantly for signage and those typical exhibition businesses, we've seen that decor has actually remained stable, if not even increased during these times. The demand at home is high, and construction is still going ahead so interior decor and decoration companies are still doing their work.
"So because Latex is one of the best [technologies] for this type of market, we felt it was worth informing people of the benefits, how to make this a business, and how you can get involved with either the kit you've already got, in terms of Latex, or any new kit that you'd be looking to invest in."
