Idealliance launches its colour management course in Hindi
Global print and packaging think-tank Idealliance announced the launch of its Colour Management Professional Fundamentals online certification course in Hindi.

Speaking about the initiative, K Panthala Selvan, managing director at Idealliance South Asia and the Pressman group said: “The course follows the proven methodology of Idealliance colour management courses and is in English with Hindi subtitles. The course is self-paced and is delivered 100% online and is fully mobile and tablet enabled.
“At the end of the course, the learner will take an online comprehensive exam, which is in Hindi. If passed with a score of 80% or higher, the participant will be certified and listed in the Idealliance certification database. In addition to a certificate suitable for framing, the learner will also receive digital badges that can be used on their website or in an email signature.”
The topics covered in the course include introduction to colour management, colour spaces, colour science, colour evaluation, applying concepts in Photoshop, colour measurement, calibration and linearisation, profiling introduction characterisation, input and monitor profiling characterisation, output profiling characterisation, conversion applying ICC profiles, conformance to standard conditions and would also include the certification exam.
Selvan also said that the course is available at a limited time offer of USD 99 instead of its standard price of USD 395.
