India’s first Epson SurePress L-4033AW to be installed at Sai Packaging

Sai Packaging commissioned India’s first Epson SurePress L-4033AW for its Bengaluru printing facility. Bodhi Professional Solutions will be supplying the machine.

Epson Sure digital printing press is aimed at high-quality labels production with key features such as white ink for short-run label printing; white ink for solid, and opaque white printing on clear film and metallic substrates. The AQ ink-set includes green and orange for a wide colour gamut and offers improved colour matching capabilities.

Epson states that the SurePress can cut the correct dots to perfect the implied trumpet text and various types of bar code Suimi design, to eliminate grainy, flash colour adopted to restore all correct, comprehensive upgrade of the label printing and moral character. It also supports rolls from 3.15 to 13-inches wide and up to 0.013-inches (0.32 mm) thick.

Commenting on the sale, Satish Nayak, the director of Bodhi Professional Solution said, “Sai Packaging is a market leader and always has a foresight for future growth. Sai Packaging, which is more than two decade old, was started in 1993 as division that specialised in security printing and lottery scratch tickets. Over the years, it has matured to produce over a million labels and cartons every month, serving more than more than 100 satisfied customers with over 600 brands and 5000 products in the packaging and label segment.
