The three-motors servo press has, according to Saurabh Jain, director at A&A Labels, opened up new applications for the company. “The machine has offered us the opportunity to produce labels on flexible film as well as begin the production of monocartons, thereby expanding our portfolio and market reach beyond the regional level,” said Jain.

Designed to gain the best accuracy in register and to minimise the gear bars, Ranesh Bajaj, director at Vinsak, terms the machine as a ‘game changer’.

“The Synchroline 430 is loaded with features. The design of the press, in addition to the electronic pre-registration system, electronic tension and register controls, ensures minimum waste and high quality consistently,” said Bajaj.

The manufacturers and exporters of a wide range of industrial labels and stickers, A&A is optimistic about doubling its production capacity with this latest addition on its shop floor. “The addition of this line will double our capacity in terms of converting self adhesive materials. We expect a growth of more than 100% in our topline in this financial year itself,” concluded Jain.
