This machine is capable of making cartons for moisture-free contents like masala, glucose, tea, etc. It works at a maximum speed of 10,000 cartons per hour.

The company, which has been producing carton folder machine since 2001, launched its  window patching liner carton machine in 2013 after research and development work of more than four years, said managing partner of Vijaya Grafiks, Vimal Jain. “This is a completely indigenous machine available with fully-loaded features at a comparatively low price.”

Speaking about the folder-gluer, Jain said, “Growing consumer awareness, education and increase in population are the key factors for increasing demand for packaging. The carton folder-gluer, which was launched in 2001, was upgraded in 2006 and in 2009.”

Till date, the company has manufactured more than 250 carton folder-gluers and three window patching liner carton machines.
