Rohit Rajpal of Zhongke India said the flute laminator incorporates Japanese technology and is rated number one in the world. “The forte of the machine is not just high speed but also the versatility of jobs the machine can handle, from five-ply corrugation to sheet-sheet pasting at high precision on the same machine,” he added.
Rajpal said at the Zhongke India stall, with the live demo and interactive session with its technical team, visitors will get a chance to view and analyse the machine quality and performance against various brands available in the market.
He said there is a huge demand for corrugated packing in multiple sectors including electronic, food, glassware, fruit and vegetable, FMCG, home appliances and eCommerce. “Manufacturers of these kinds of boxes have high requirement for flexo printing, litho laminators, die-cutters and folder-gluers. Zhongke, with Tokyo Wenhong Machinery has complete range of machinery to cater to the upcoming market demands in terms of quality, versatility, speed and high precision,” he said.
Rajpal said with the paper pulp prices going up, dense pulp products are being substituted by corrugated board. “Thus, corrugation production capacity and quality has substantially improved to be able to cater to various sectors. While earlier corrugation was seen as a mere protective layer for products now it’s the new green solution to every kind of packaging demand,” he added.
This is the fifth time Zhongke will be at the show. Rajpal said it is a great platform to interact with the decision-makers as well as the doyens of industry and to understand their speciality packaging requirements. “We look forward to customer feedback on our products and services, which helps us provide them even stronger support,” he concluded.
